Our experience with Auto Claims Assist was very smooth and stress free from start to finish. There was no outlay at all. We were rear ended by an elderly driver whilst stationary in traffic but fortunately we had cameras installed on our vehicle and so there was no disputing who was to blame. We submitted the camera footage and our vehicle was sent to a bodyshop. We were given an equivalent courtesy vehicle whist the repairs were undertaken. One week later our vehicle was ready.We didn’t have to pay out any excess, never went through our insurance company ( who didn’t answer the phone when we tried to contact them ).
