I was very skeptical at first, as Ive only ever gone through my insurance comany before but as my car was hit whilst parked I thought there must be another way to not have to pay my excess when totally not my fault! I neednt not be skeptical, as from the beginning to the end Claims Assist looked after me; I had nothing but a 5 star experience throughout. Although it ended in my car being written off, which I was very upset about, I received a very fair price, and also was covered for the salvage company collecting my car.Could not reccommend them enough 🙂
