We quite literally cannot recommend this company enough! After never being in a crash we had no idea where to start when our own insurances were not much help. We saw this company online and trusted the reviews - and honestly, we couldn’t have done it without them. The day after our crash where someone drove into the back of us and wrote off the car, we contacted auto claims assist. The following day they had a 25 plate BMW courtesy car at our door, at no extra cost to us. They worked tirelessly to contact the oppositions insurance company - shoutout to Ron & Shardane who really did put 110% effort in - and got the pay out we deserved. Despite Christmas and New year delays we had the funds within 1.5 months, which seems quite long but honestly these insurance companies normally take a lot longer! They did all the back office work for us & took so much stress out of a really high pressure situation. Hopefully we never have to be in a situation to use this company again however if we were, we would use without hesitation. Thanks so so much. Emma & Ryan x
