Turned a super stressful situation into a breeze

Another driver ran a give-way straight in front of my car, resulting in damage to my front bumper. I was on hold trying to get through to my own insurance to sort it out, when I came across Auto Claims and I'm SO glad I did.My main 3 concerns following the accident were: - cost of repairs- affect on insurance premiums- being without a car for workFrom the very first phone call, Auto Claims reassured me about all of the above and not only that, every single person I dealt with followed through with everything they promised at every stage. They liaised with all the parties we needed to involve on my behalf, taking the stress out of finding reputable garages and body shops etc.They got the other driver's insurance to agree to pay for my car's repair (which ended up being £5k). This was despite the other driver doing a 180 from admitting guilt at the scene and over text, to backtracking and claiming it was both our faults!! I simply had to send my evidence via WhatsApp to Auto Claims and they fought this on my behalf, taking away yet more stress. I imagine a lot of paperwork went on behind the scenes, but Auto Claims told me only what I needed to know, while still making me feel fully updated.It didn't affect my insurance at all. They arranged collection of my car and sorted out a hire car for me within 1 working day, which was simply dropped off while I was at work, so I didn't have the headache of sorting alternative transport at any stage. The hire car was very similar to my own (size, spec, even colour!)Throughout the process, they were fully informative and responsive, without me even having to chase them at all. When the other driver's insurance started hounding me to go through them instead and using scare tactics (to save them costs), Auto Claims were very patient and helpful in answering all of my questions. The information on Auto Claims' website was also reassuring as it is very black and white that no costs are passed onto you. They even noticed the crash happened on my birthday, without me pointing it out. The attention to detail was first class; I've never known a company to exceed my expectations as much as they have. I wouldn't normally leave such a detailed review but this company deserves any business I can drive their way - and I know whoever uses them, will be glad they did. I kept wondering, "What's the catch?" and felt like it was too good to be true, so I want people to know this company is genuine.I cannot recommend them highly enough and should I ever find myself in the same position of a no-fault accident, I would be significantly less stressed knowing I had them to go to.THANK YOU Auto Claims.
