I cannot speak highly enough of this company. I would have been stuck without them. They were extremely efficient in taking down all the details of the claim, and the manner of the person I spoke to was very reassuring. Within a week they had secured an agreement from the insurers of the car that hit me, on the amount I was to be paid (the car was declared a total loss) and provided a 2024 Jeep Compass courtesy car.Mine turned out to be an awkward case because in the end it took 80 days for the other insurers (Admiral) to pay up, But this is the most amazing thing about Auto Claims Assist, in all that time they regularly chased Admiral and rang or emailed me to let me know the situation.I have never known a company to act on a situation without me ringing them first, so for me, this is customer service of the highest order, especially as they did this consistently over a long period.My claims handler Ron Parker was outstanding in all this, so knowledgeable, efficient and reassuring. At no point was I asked for any money and Ron assured me they never would.The bottom line is that Auto Claims Assist got me £3,250 when I thought I was getting nothing. They rescued me, and I cannot thank them enough, or recommend them highly enough.
