I would give zero stars if I could. My experience with Auto Claims Assist has been absolutely awful from start to finish. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and used relentless pressure tactics. They would call constantly — sometimes five or more times in a single hour — especially right before Christmas, which caused me a huge amount of stress at an already difficult time. Yet when you need them to call you back or deal with your case, it takes them days to respond.They grossly undervalued my car without ever properly inspecting it in person and refused to refer me for medical help after an injury, leaving me hurt, out of pocket, and completely unsupported. Their communication is inconsistent and one-sided — you’re expected to drop everything to respond to them, but they can’t be bothered to treat customers with the same urgency or basic respect.I’m still owed money and they clearly care more about their own commission than about helping people recover fairly from an accident. The whole process feels exploitative and emotionally draining. Companies like this should be reported to their governing or regulatory body, they absolutely need investigating for their unethical practices. Avoid them at all costs
