ACA were initially fantastic: sorted out a hire car within a day and recovery of my car where the third party's team had been dragging their heels.Unfortunately, the problems began when ACA massively undervalued my car and then intended to use this as the basis of my claim. I had to intervene to prevent this being shared with the third party company prematurely, and their tone rapidly changed. They would not arrange a 2nd opinion on valuation and instead insisted I arranged it myself.ACA refuse to advocate for my case and instead force me to handle everything myself.Even when I explained to them that I had been in hospital, they had zero sympathy or professional conduct, and instead chose to berate me over this and insist that their paperwork was the only priority I could possibly have.I wish I had never engaged with ACA in the first place.
