Such a fantastic company, a driver crashed into mine and a few other parked cars on the street at midnight so I searched for a non fault claims company and found Auto Claims Assist. I sent them my information that night and first thing the next morning they contacted me to assure me they’d do what they can for me. 4 hours later a courtesy car was waiting outside my house!The speed in which they work took as much of the stress off me as possible and made life so much easier, they do all the work contacting the third parties insurance. They collected my car once we agreed it was written off and fought for a fair payment for my car which is in the post due to arrive tomorrow (02/12/2025) which means from start to finish Auto Claims Assist have handled this whole situation in just over 2 weeks which is incredible and from tomorrow I can just focus on Christmas and my soon to be born daughter. I am so incredibly thankful to this company and I’ll recommend them to anyone who has the misfortune to end up in a situation like this.My only regret is not getting the people who’ve been dealing with my cases names. They all deserve their rightful praise.I’ve also been assured I’ll have the courtesy vehicle for the next week which gives me chance to find a new car.
