Found this company by accident, as didn’t want to pay my excess for a non fault claim, and was googling how not to pay my excess. (A car drove into my empty car.) Rang them and they accepted me. They arranged a courtesy car, the repair garage, and the collection of my car. All was completed I had updates from the management company to advise what was going. My car was bought back. All the repairs completed. Was very simple and no claims on my insurance, just a notification.
