I had not used ACA previously, but am glad that I did. They did not rush me into using them and gave me the opportunity to ask as many questions as I needed to, for my own piece of mind. They made the whole process very easy, as they handled everything, from the initial claim to the hire car provided, and conducted business in an extremely professional and friendly manner.
