I found auto claims assist after a quick Google and the reviews stood out for me. I had contacted my own insurance as soon as the accident happened (Friday) but they were slow and unresponsive, I was getting stressed.. I didn't know what was happening etc and mostly done online so after seeing glowing reviews of ACA I rang them on the Monday before lunch time and by 430pm that same day I had a hire car delivered to my address! I get to keep it for a week after my cheque has been sent too. Ron and the staff have kept me up to date throughout the process. From the first phone call they have reassured me and talked through everything. It's took all the stress away. They have handled everything. Everyone I've spoken to has been really nice and they don't rush you on the phone. I know if I have any questions I can ring them, email or WhatsApp and they will get back to me.
