Placed an order more than 2 weeks ago. Been given several disingenuous "tracking updates" from the courier to say my parcel is out for delivery, only to receive another update at the end of the day to say that it cannot be delivered and will be delivered the next working day. This has happened at least 3 times. Today I received contradictory updates stating the parcel was being returned to sender, as well as out for delivery to me today; both can't be true!!Autodoc customer service has been of no help whatsoever. Their live chat on the app is slow and frustrating, I've also had conflicting information from different agents. Autodoc's customer service phone number was also of little help. Every time I have contacted Autodoc, I have been instructed to "wait until the end of the day". It seems clear to me that my parcel has been lost in transit and Autodoc are unwilling to do anything about it.I've been very patient until now, wasted several hours in live chats and have got nowhere. Frustrating and disappointing, to say the least. Their pathetic compensatory offers of 5% or 10% off a future order is a kick in the pants, I never want to order from them again.Will not be using Autodoc again, will actively discourage friends and family from using them too. Wish I had continued using my local motor factors instead.
