Update:Though I was unable to cancel my order online on their Website, since posting this review I have received emails from them, saying they have now cancelled my order, and apologised for the error with their system.Original Issue:I placed an order, and tried to cancel it the same day. It showed as still being processed, but the website kept telling me it could not be cancelledProcess as explained on their website:"This order can be cancelled until its status changes to "The order is awaiting pickup by the courier"." Order showed as Quote: "The system is processing the order."Every time I tried to cancel my order, I got the message. Quote: "Cancellation not possibleWe are sorry but your order could not be cancelled. Please contact customer service for further assistance".AutoDoc, got back to me very quickly, and this issue has been resolved.
