I don’t even know where to start with AUTODOC my experience with them has been nothing short of diabolical there a European based company with no warehouse in the uk as they like to advertise out of 7 orders I’ve placed 3 of them came without issue the rest resulted in massive delays and x2 AUTODOC just took it upon themselves to contact Evri to arrange the return without me even asking I’m a small business and use who I can to make and save money but with a combination of AUTODOC and Evri the percentage of failure out-ways the savings so in a nutshell I’ve waited 10 days for a delivery that never happened now there parts are apparently going back without my consent and for me to get refunded the parts have to go back to Germany and processed and checked despite them never being handled by me and they decide on the refund being given all in all that will take or could take 4 weeks so that’s £200 tied up I cannot use to replace the items ordered and a customer furious with the delay directly impacting my reputation then to add insult to injury the customer chat is well useless even when eventually a human steps in there rude and unhelpful at best that with a sprinkle of temper does not make for a healthy mix for a reasonable resolution my advice is if your using them as a way to fuel your business don’t you will end up just disappointed and frustrated “I’m deleting there app and will never engage with there site again”
