I ordered a clutch kit for my vehicle which was over £110 and I needed it for the weekend. With this order I had the “safe order” option. There was a delay on there end and all they offered was £3 of a next order. I ask for something more substantial since I may not get the parts for this weekend now, and they offered me 10% of a next order. I explained with the bad service I may not shop with Autodoc again and would like some compensation for this order. There answer was basically take the 10% there’s nothing we can do
