The box arrived torn and the packages were damaged. It took weeks for them to arrive, and I was trying to reach out to customer support to inquire about the delivery. Unfortunately, no one responded to my emails, and there was no one available to talk to. I won’t be using this service again. I also need to return part of my order, but I haven't received any response to my return request. Very disappointing service.
