In January 2025, I ordered an armrest specifically for my Fronx car through their website. Before ordering, I confirmed the item's availability both on the website and directly with their customer care via WhatsApp. Based on this confirmation, I proceeded to make the full payment.It is now nearly the end of April 2025, three months later, and I have still not received the armrest. Despite paying for the product, it has never been shipped. Furthermore, Autoglam has not issued a refund for the undelivered item.Every time I contact their customer service for an update, I receive the same vague response: "We will send the item ASAP." This promise has repeatedly proven empty. To make matters worse, they have recently stopped answering my phone calls altogether.This entire ordeal has been a complete waste of time and money. The lack of communication, failure to deliver the product, and refusal to provide a refund is unacceptable customer service.Based on my experience, I strongly advise everyone not to purchase anything from Autoglam or send them any payment. They take your money, fail to deliver, and then ignore your attempts to resolve the issue. Absolutely frustrating and unprofessional.
