Have had the most patronising and belittling telephone conversation with an Agent on 0330 024 6862 number. From early on in the call his attitude was quite off,asking my Ins provider,i said Lloyds. To which he went on to say they are a Bank where you put money in not Ins. I said all paperwork Lloyds,again he re iterated they are banking people!! Then i described repair is glass frame on drivers door,to which he said they only cover windows thats glass that go up and down and open.
Such a patronising operator. Left myself so angry.
I hung up and called Lloyds direct - the Ins Company,got sorted by someone at there endno problem.
