What an absolute joke Autoglass are! Had to go through them as they're the preferred user that my insurance company uses but their bookings system is a joke! Went through all the details got to the 'supposed' available dates - selected one and confirmed. Got a generated email telling me that they're processing my order and that they will be in contact to arrange.... The next day I received an email confirming an appointment almost 4 weeks later than my chosen date! What's the point!!! What's the point in offering dates that don't exsist, making people pay the insurance excess and then giving them dates so far in the future! What a stupid booking system, what a ridiculous company, too much work, not enough staff!
I then tried to complain and got stuck on hold for over 45 minutes before speaking with someone. You are a joke Autoglass! Customer care is none existent...
