Got a chipped windscreen from a construction lorry on the motorway 😡. Fortunately it was on the passenger side and not too big. Booked a repair via auto glass website and only had to pay £20 excess. Easy to book and lots of appointment times offered. Repair complete on the driveway in about 30 minutes. They do offer new wipers and rain repellent but I didn’t need those at this time. Engineer was smart, friendly and efficient. All quite straightforward… having said that would have preferred not to have got the chip in the first place.
