Autoglass are absolutely useless. I’ve been waiting for a new windscreen since November 2025. Twice they turned up and both times they brought the wrong glass.
Now I’m spending most my week chasing them to get an update.
Their communication is non existent and all I get from them if I do get through is they are looking into it and to be patient.
Avoid them at all costs if possible
