Turned up to my appointment (after having driven 45mins) only to tell me they didn’t have capacity to do it. I’m 8 months pregnant and was with my 2 year old so the mechanic called customer service and they booked me in for a call out 3 days later. He urged me to call customer service and make sure the call out fee was not charged, and for compensation for my trip out. Impossible to get hold of customer service. On the phone for 2 hours. Incredibly poor service overall and will never use them again or recommend.
