My order was just thrown in a flimsy, second hand box and arrived with the box torn and the item duffed in. Autoglym tried to blame this on the courier saying they must have damaged the parcel and re-packed it, but why would they have used an old box saying Microfibre cloths? Autoglym claim that they package everything in white boxes. Not this time. I've been given a refund by a helpful customer service assistant, but won't bother with Autoglym's products again.
