⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I contacted Autoglym regarding their Advanced All Wheel Cleaner (1L) as I wanted to clean my car before the snow arrived. Unfortunately, the trigger spray head didn’t perform as expected. Instead of producing a fine, even spray, it released the product in a narrow, straight stream, making it difficult to apply evenly across the wheels. As a result, cleaning the alloys took far longer than it should have.This was particularly challenging due to my carpal tunnel, and what should have been a straightforward job became quite uncomfortable — to the point where I really didn’t want to continue. However, with snow on the way, I had no choice but to get it done.I regularly use a wide range of Autoglym products, as well as products from other brands, and I’ve never experienced an issue with a trigger spray head before, which is why this stood out to me.After contacting Autoglym customer service and providing the requested details, I was genuinely impressed by their response. They were helpful, understanding, and went above and beyond by offering a replacement, which I thought was a very kind and generous gesture.I really appreciate how professionally and kindly Autoglym handled the situation. It’s reassuring to see a company that truly values its customers. Excellent service and very much deserved five stars.Thank you
