Ordered on Wednesday (17 Dec) hoping for delivery before weekend. Knew the quoted ‘next day’ delivery was out because order was after 12pm. But didn’t turn up on Friday, and no delivery email with tracking info. Contacted support - TBF they were quick to reply. Xmas delivery means I was just over deadline. Now will be delivered in Jan. Apparently the website mentions this - yes it does, but *only* on home page! Useless if you start your journey on a specific product page via Google. Not stated during checkout , which would be the obvious place to mention. Even my email confirmation said next day delivery if ordered before 12PM.Can’t speak about products as not received but credit for quick reply to support email.
