i called support twice, but i never received a call back. Even worse, they say they have live chat, but i can't really get through to anyone, so it's real. After being disregarded twice, i was trapped and had no way out. I've requested assistance, but nothing has been done. I feel like i've been left hanging, which is stressful. After i grasped the system, things did't feel hurried, and since i joined #plan2prosper, the progress has been more balanced.
