Very disappointed as as the seller hasn't sent me the MOT certificate or the service records as he said he would. He told me he had to send the MOT to DVLS but they told me that wasn't the case. I have had a number of issues with regard to the car and wanted to return it. This caused a few issues with the seller, who is now in Australia for a few months. I am dealing with cancer and I am severely disabled, since i picked the car up one of the tyres is continually going flat, which isn't good as I have severe arthritis and find it difficult sorting it out. Also when I take the car to a garage or phone up a garage up they tell me they can't help as it's imported, although I have the registration documents. I was informed that the reasons the tyres go flat is because of the TPMS. The seller said he has arranged for someone to fix them at the end of September, which is a long time to wait. So I have no car that I can rely on due to these issues. The other problem is if I need to take the car to a garage in the future I'm not sure if they will be able to help because of all of this.I'm not sure what I should do as the seller hasn't got back to me. Michael.
