The auction part was fine. I have two issues with your follow up customer care. First, Your suggestions for transportation companies needs much better vetting. American needs to be dropped for extremely poor customer service, and the others aren’t much better. Second, when a paying customer, me, emails your staff, as in Mark G, a response of some kind might be considered good professional policy. I was considering listing a car for auction with your company but my experience with your poor customer service and choice of transportation vendors tells me to look elsewhere.
