They filed a defamation report with Trustpilot to have this review removed. Trustpilot investigated and sided with me, reinstating my review and confirming it does not breach any guidelines. They filed a personal information complaint to force an edit.I am complying only to remove a name. But every potential customer deserves to know: instead of refunding or resolving a genuine complaint, this company spent their time attempting to bury it through Trustpilot's reporting system. That is who you are doing business with.Separately, an independent contractor has publicly described on this very platform being denied payment after completing work, having system access revoked, and being told to "prove" work they no longer had access to and is now pursuing legal action to recover money owed.In my view, the pattern of brand new one-review accounts appearing with glowing feedback precisely as negative reviews surface is worth drawing your own conclusions about.Do your due diligence. Thoroughly.
