Three years ago I was looking at RS3’s, but due to some personal issues at the time, I failed to make it happen.
Fast forward to now, I got my dream spec RS3.
I’ve done my bit, but without Dhyllan and Louis pulling all kinds of strings, this would not have been possible!
The care is exceptional. They were so patient with me, holding the car for 2 months. That’s not normal customer service - that’s two top lads making my dream a reality.
Louis was kind enough to pick me up from the train station and from that point on, not a thing was rushed.
The handover was unreal, unveiling the car from under a cover (something I’ve only ever seen online), and taking the time to walk me through every detail from inside features to the full history of the car. It felt like an experience, not just a transaction.
This isn’t the first car I’ve had off them so knowing they’ll continue to be available to me going forward is super reassuring and something a lot of places shy away from.
This has been the best buying experience I’ve ever had, full stop. And given what this car represents for me personally, it’s something I won’t ever forget.
