The booking system works smoothly - there's a real person to discuss scheduling requests and accommodate specific times. The technician arrived on a rainy Thursday morning and handled everything very efficiently. Interestingly, their system indicated a repair request for only three wheels (it's odd to think I would have anything against the driver's side wheel!). Nevertheless, I must say - overall, a highly professional setup with excellent customer service. I will need to call them again for the remaining wheel, but I highly recommend them.
