Absolutely terrible. The website states that you will get the code straight away and if not possible within 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I reached out to ask how much longer I would have to wait and was told 24 hours. As something you can get for free from the dealer, I was willing to pay a fee to get the code instantly but its not worth waiting 24 hours for. Used the chat based contact on the website and was left on read constantly and the replies were vague. Still never received an email from them, let alone the code.Would not recommend.
