I purchased an Apple CarPlay screen and had to return it – and what followed was a nightmare of epic proportions.Firstly, the return process took TWO months, only for the item to come back to me with no prior notification or explanation. After contacting Parcel Force, I found out that the delay was due to a customs charge that your company REFUSED to pay, despite being responsible for it. At no point was I contacted about paying this charge, and yet your team continually tried to make it my fault. According to Parcel Force, this was your responsibility – a fact you conveniently ignored while trying to gaslight me into believing I was at fault.Adding insult to injury, I had to pay £40 out of my own pocket just to return this item, only to have it sent back because you didn’t bother to sort out your end of the process. I have lost complete trust in this company, and I will absolutely NOT be sending it back again. Why would I throw more money down the drain when your incompetence clearly knows no bounds?Instead of owning up to the problem, your customer service tried to dodge responsibility and even threw in a comment about the £90 import duty you had to pay. Let me make this clear: that is NOT my problem. As an international business, you should have anticipated such costs. If you’re unwilling or unable to handle the logistics, perhaps you should reconsider offering international shipping.For anyone considering doing business with Autorasioplaza – DON’T. Their lack of communication, disregard for customers, and refusal to take responsibility is staggering. I wouldn’t trust this company with any purchase, let alone one involving international returns.Spare yourself the frustration. This company is a disaster.
