This whole experience was a lesson in customer service excellence. Efficient communication for a fair quote. An amazing job on our car. Took the time to talk me through everything as I'm rubbish with knowing anything about cars. Polite, on time, tidy, respectful. Can't speak highly enough of Craig (who was recommended to me by a friend who has also had a great experience) and I would absolutely recommend. Also so convenient not having to lose time out of my day going to a garage. Also worth noting that our car didn't have an easy paint to match so that speaks volumes about how skilled he is.
