Avoid Auto Seat Zone!!! I paid $524 for my order on 11/13/2025, and provided photos and video of my car seats, as requested by Eric. My car is a 2016 Toyota Land Cruiser. The two front seats have video screens at the back. These are wired and solid. First, the seat covers I received have no openings at the back to accommodate the video screens. Second, the seat covers are designed for cars with seat belts inside the seats, while the seat belts for my car are outside the seats. The video and photos I provided to Eric at the time of purchase clearly show the position of the video screens and the seat belts. When I reported the issue, Eric requested and received photos of the seat covers his production team shipped to me. The photos clearly show there are no openings at the back for the video screens. I also provided Eric with the name and contact details of an auto garage shop that identified the issues and concluded that the seat covers could not fit my car. After close to 3 weeks of back-and-forth emails describing the issue and providing photos, Eric sent me the email below yesterday: "Our team has reviewed your concern and would like to inform you that the seat cover includes an opening designed to allow it to be slipped under the display screen. Additionally, they have kindly requested that you send us a photo showing the seatbelt location so we can better assist you." It is clear to me that Auto Seat Zone will do everything to frustrate you and keep your money if they get your order wrong. They will not accept responsibility, will not fix it, and will waste your time with back-and-forth emails. Please stay away!!
