Hello, this is unprofessional.
I rented a car from Autostrad from January 26th to January 31st, 2026.
I had to pay a deposit on my credit card (approximately €235).
Half of the deposit was deducted because I supposedly drove the wrong way.
(No photo, nothing at all.)
When I got home, my account was charged another €6.
I had to block my credit card.
