Ordering was relatively easy. I received the FedEx shipping confirmation the day it arrived, so the actual delivery was quicker than the update. However I received a defective product that I would have returned had I not needed it for this timely repair. Customer service was rather indifferent and offered an insulting 10% off of my next purchase citing “tight margins”.
