Ordered a BMW Keyring with the official Logo but was sent a cheap grey keyring that looked nothing like the video. They wouldn't take it back or send me the correct keyring as advertised as not cost effective, they just offered me a partial refund of £3. I have sent numerous emails which they have ignored.I will never buy from them again and must warn anyone to NOT TO BUY FROM AUTOYUNN as their products are poor quality and customer service shocking 😡😡
