Ordered 3 sets of coasters on 11/27, received on 12/28. None of them work properly. Immediately asked for return and refund info and sent pictures. They wanted to send replacement junk or a partial refund. Multiples emails later I finally filed a dispute with my bank. Don’t waste your money or energy. This company and their products are garbage.
