Ordered some light up cup holders for my cars and only 1 worked out of 4. Contacted their customer service team who said they'd rather give me 25% refund, I replied with 'but 75% of the product isn't working so how did they come to 25%. They then offered me 50%, I couldn't be bothered to complain anymore so agreed to this. That was on 11th Dec, I'm still chasing the refund and no one is responding to my messages. I think I'll have to inform the Financial Ombudsman Service
