I ordered a Duchess Ottoman Storage Bed with a 1000 Ortho Hybrid Pocket Sprung 10" mattress from Autumn Blu in November 2023.After finally opening and checking the mattress properly, I discovered that I received something totally different — a thinner, standard mattress that doesn’t match the hybrid or orthopedic description at all.I contacted customer service and provided proof, but instead of taking responsibility, they simply insisted it was the correct product without proper explanation. I’ve now seen other reviews here from customers who experienced similar problems with mattress quality and a lack of after-sales support. I really hope Autumn Blu will do the right thing, take this seriously, and offer a proper resolution.This experience has been disappointing — I paid a premium price and expect to receive what was advertised.
