This company claims to operate domestically, but it's really based in another country. I ordered two sweaters, and when they finally arrived, they were poorly made polyester shirts that didn't look like the advertised items, except for a similar design. When I asked for a refund, they offered a 15% refund to avoid returning the items or suggested I send them back for a full refund but cover the shipping myself. I refused both options and requested a full refund with their shipping coverage. I've yet to hear back. This feels like a scam!
