I had a deeply disappointing experience. I felt compelled to write this review. After submitting my manuscript under their package costing 249 USD (approximately 350 CAD), I faced multiple issues. My receipt featured an incorrect address, and when I requested a correction, I was ignored. Eventually, I spoke with a representative who was helpful, but after being passed to others, the problems persisted. When I asked for chapter edits, I kept receiving the same uncorrected version. Additional content I submitted was mishandled. Then, I was asked for another 400 USD for copyrighting. I believe this service is a scam. I sent a letter to terminate our agreement and request a refund, but they only made minimal changes to my cover design. I feel this service is fraudulent, preying on unsuspecting individuals and failing to deliver on promises. I recommend steering clear to save your money. Despite my termination notice, they continue to pursue me, and I will be seeking assistance from a different provider who prioritizes my interests.
