Upon sending my work, I noticed my receipt contained an incorrect address. After reaching out for clarification, I was ignored. I eventually spoke with a representative who was helpful, but my case seemed to bounce between different contacts. Despite my requests for editing, I received the same version back without any changes. Items I intended to add were missing, and I was then asked for an additional 400 USD for copyrighting. This service feels like a scam. I sent a letter to terminate our agreement and requested a refund, but they only made minor adjustments to my cover design. All my efforts felt wasted, and I believe this company is misleading clients and taking advantage of them financially. I recommend avoiding this service and preserving your funds. I have decided to move on with another company that prioritizes my interests.
