We previously had funeral plans with Avalon before moving to Greece in 2021. As they do not cover that country we applied for a refund (less administrative costs) and were impressed by the friendly yet professional manner in which this request was dealt with.On our return to Spain we contacted Avalon to arrange new plans and, yesterday, their representative, Jay Patel, called to see us.Jay was friendly and we felt relaxed and not under any pressure while listening to his presentation. He answered all our questions and we chose the appropriate plan from the options he had outlined.From the initial emails and telephone calls to Jay’s visit the entire team should be congratulated on their approach to clients both current and prospective.
