It was the time in my life where I though I should start putting in place hopefully in plenty of time the arrangements for my death so my loved ones didn’t have that additional stress and upset and not know my wishes. No fuss, no upsetting conversations, I got full choice and there was no manipulated in anyway in my choice. He made sure I understood what was available, all my options and gave me time to consider them and discuss them with my family before committing. Everything was fully and clearly explained and my questions fully answered. For something so difficult to face into he made it very relaxed and reassuring. I really like the life locker feature.
