Talking about funerals is not a subject we like talking about for obvious reasons. However we saw an advert for Avalon Puneral plans and we decided to discuss the issue. We agreed to talk with an adviser from Avalon. Getting to where we reside is not easy so our meeting took place via zoom. We met the representative whose name was Andy Durrant. He explained everything in detail and very compassionately. After our meeting with Andy we decided to go ahead with the plan.
