Made an enquiry via facebook following an advert and previous recommendation from friends who had already taken out plans with Avalon. Received a call back within 48 hours from a very pleasant lady who subsequently booked a visit for a few days later. Gavin Paskin arrived for the appointment in good time and spent time running through the options and appropriate costs, he was extremely pleasant and explained everything in a clear and precise manner, no hard sell left us with the relevant information for us to look over. We made another appointment for Gavin to return to complete the required paperwork. The following day we received by email a copy of the full paperwork, whilst we await the originals. With of course the added bonus of being backed by the FCA in the UK and covering us both for Spain & England at no additional fee. So far so good.
