Had a very constructive meeting with Jay on Tuesday. He set out all the different options and at no time were we made to feel pressured. We were very pleased with the outcome and feel sure we have made the right choice. The paperwork was simple to complete (Jay filled it all in whilst explaining very clearly what he was doing).
