I first met Andy Durrant from Avalon in 2019 when he came to explain the company's services. My wife, Lisa, and I were both impressed by what he told us and his friendly and reassuring demeanour.He returned in 2022, at my request, and we agreed a Plan to cover the funeral of the first to die.In the event, my beloved Lisa died on 15th August 2025. Having called 112 to notify the authorities, one call to Avalon produced a funeral director whose respectful team removed her body for cremation. Sad, but no worries and all so easy,Today, 29th August, Andy returned once more at my invitation. We set up a Plan to cover my eventual funeral to save my relatives the need to organise or pay for the event. Invaluable.
